Proudly completing a project improves our self esteem and confidence.
Crafts involving cutting, weaving, knotting and painting can improve our coordination and fine motor skills. For adults with learning disabilities, crafts can be useful activities to hone mental agility and stimulate learning processes. Craft can also encourage adults with learning disabilities to be more inventive, develop problem solving skills, make decisions and think outside of the box.
